DIXON (Jack). Joan would like to thank family, especially Ron and Barbara, friends and neighbours (Linda) for their kindness and support, Doctors and Nurses at University Hospital, Jack's Doctor Dr. Delaney, Jardine Health Centre. Thanks to all who attended Jack's funeral, Masonic Association and R.E.M.E. Association, family from Corby and Scotland, also for numerous sympathy cards, floral tributes and donations to Cancer Research and R.N.L.I. Many thanks to Rev.
